1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases from VibeBuds, trading as VibeBuds, VibeBuds, London, United Kingdom. Contact: support@vibebuds.uk.
2. What you are buying
A previously owned pair of Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with charging case, new silicone ear tips and a USB-C charging cable. Units are second-hand, function-tested and cleaned. They are not new, not sealed, and not Apple Certified Refurbished.
Light cosmetic wear such as fine scratches or slight discolouration may be present. Battery health is measured before dispatch and units below 85% of rated capacity are not sold.
3. Apple trade marks
Apple and AirPods are trade marks of Apple Inc. VibeBuds is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Apple Inc. References to Apple products describe the hardware being resold.
4. Price and payment
The price is £49.99 including UK delivery. Payment is taken by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page; we never see or store your card details. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation.
5. Availability
Stock is limited and each unit is individual. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full — we will not substitute a different model without asking you first.
6. Delivery and cancellation
Delivery terms are set out on our Delivery page. Cancellation, returns and faulty-goods handling are set out on our Returns page and form part of these terms.
7. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
