Cost
Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. The £49.99 price is the total you pay — no shipping fee is added at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Timings
Royal Mail Tracked normally delivers within 1–2 working days after dispatch for UK mainland addresses. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can take a day longer. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Packaging
Each pair ships in protective packaging with the charging case, earbuds, new silicone ear tips and a USB-C charging cable. Units are not supplied in Apple's original sealed retail box, because they are previously owned.
Late or missing parcels
If tracking has not moved for three working days, email support@vibebuds.uk. We will chase the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Outside the UK
We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you need delivery elsewhere, email us first — we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
