Who is responsible
VibeBuds (VibeBuds, London, United Kingdom) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact support@vibebuds.uk with any privacy question.
What we collect
If you buy: your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never seen or stored by us. If you email us: your email address and the contents of your message.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, provide tracking, handle returns and keep the tax records we are legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
Stripe (payment processing), Royal Mail (delivery), and our email and hosting providers. Each acts under contract and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax law. Support emails are deleted within 24 months. Anything we no longer need is deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies strictly necessary for fraud prevention on its own checkout page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
